IL SITO DI CARLA FLEISCHLI CAPORALE
I was born on the 11th of June 1953, in the suburb of Milan. My mother's family is from Milan. My father's family has a controversial background history. My grand father, Emilio Caporali, a well off anarchist from Canosa, in the south of Italy, in the late 1800, was the first attempter to the life of Francesco Crispi, the Italian Prime Minister of that period.
My grand father, at the time 22 and finishing his architecture studies in Napoli, after the years in jail, left Italy and travelled all around the five continents, where his children were borne. Finally they settled down in Cairo, at the time an English protectorate.
Because of the growing strong revulsion to authority, my grandfather was interned into a
psychiatric hospital.
The family came back to Italy, to Milan, when second world war was declared. In august 1943 they lost everything under a heavy bombing. Fortunately, on that night they were not there. On that day they went to a nearby village in the country, where they found a new place to live, as the bombing, in Milan, had become really intense!
At the end of the war almost all of them left Italy, spreading again out in the world. Only a few, including my father, remained here.
Concerning myself I graduated in languages [Italian, English, German] and pedagogy in Switzerland. I have been living almost all my life long abroad, where I taught in the different school systems of the country I happened to be.
In 1994 I came back to Milan where my personal interests and approach to inner and outer health opened up the doors of journalism and publishing.
Since then I'm a freelance journalist and writer, giving conferences and meetings where I try to stimulate people to struggle for a better life.
Here you can see some pictures of mine along my life path. And at this page you can see some pictures of my father's family.
Considering what ancient wisdoms preached and some interesting discoveries in science, my assumptions about wellbeing may be synthetized as follows:
1] We get intoxicated by polluted, not healthy elements we assume through breathing, eating/drinking, as well as substances absorbed by our skin .
2] We get intoxicated by negative feelings and emotions as well, because they produce toxins - [as PNI has widely demonostrated it].
3] These poisonous substances induce a degeneration process in our body, so that our different organs and systems degrade.
4] Without perceiving it our performances become weaker and weaker; in time real pathological problems will appear.
As you will probably observe, these first assuptions are quite obvious and clear to everyone. Yet, we are not conscious enough abot the following ones:
1] Being our brain an organ, it degenerates too through our intoxicated way of living.
2] In other words our capacity of thinking and therefore feeling is disturbed by the presence of these intoxicating substances which false our consciousness.
3] Hence it is really important to purify our body, in order to feel better and also to develop a cleaner connection to our soul, which is buried under all that toxic waste.
4] If we take care of our body we may begin to take care of our soul!
5] The soul expresses itself through the body. It is the body the interface to the spirit world in this human life.
6] If we think to live a spiritual life, and yet we don't have a deep and aware and healthy connection to the body we are not living in a spiritual way.
7] An interesting measuring was taken by an Italian medical doctor: Nitamo Federico Montecucco, in December 1992, during a visit at the Babaji's Ashram in India. Here he measured the cerebral activity of Prem Baba in deep meditation.
The interesting result shows that during this profound connection the most active brain waves were the ones associated to the first chakra, which were very extended.
The waves activity related to the seventh chakra, although alert, were not at all so expanded as the waves of the first one.
Here you can see the graphic of the measuring.[Taken from the Italian magazine Cyber, no. 43 of Febbraio 1993]
Somehow we can assume that real spiritual life, therefore our connection to the Spirit, lies in the body! The body as a temple for the Spirit...
[If you can read Italian here is an article I wrote about this topic, adding some other interesting points, given by the Emilio Del Giudice, one of the most important Italian Quantum Scientist.]
